I reached out to Alan Cherkin because I needed to sell my parent's home after the passing of my father. Needless to say, it was a sad and emotional time. However, Alan definitely made it easier. When I met him at my parent's house he was so kind and personable. He let me ramble on about my childhood memories and what the home meant to me. Due to my father being in a nursing home at the time of his passing, there were extenuating circumstances to my situation. That being said, Alan helped me tremendously through the process and everything worked out. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase, rent or sell a home to call Alan. Alan and his staff are amazing. When we were looking for the perfect area and within our price range he came through for us. When we had issues he always sent someone out to fix things. Highly recommend him to rent from.

Alan went above and beyond anything I could have expected in the selling of our home. We had numerous showings in 11 months until we finally found the right couple to purchase our house.
