They are very good at how to interpret one's feelings, ask very good questions and try the best they can to help out and understand. They give you coping homework and things to practice to help out.

If you suffer from depression. This is the place for help. The councilors are super nice and want to help you. I've been to many places, this is the first that actually helped me. I would recommend true north to anyone .

To strict of attendance policy. They try to penalize you for situations out of your control. Example: having to cancel if the bus is late is not your fault.
